How make your goals a large part of your daily thoughts by writing them down every morning and every night.



Your mind is in a very susceptible state right after you wake up and right before you go to sleep. Take advantage of this time to engrain your goals into your thoughts. Right when you wake up write down you most important goals. Do the same thing right before you go to sleep.

Your mind seems to remember things best when they are first or last in a sequence. To reinforce important information like your goals, get your brain working on them the first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

When you start out thinking about your goals, this seems to carry through the day. When your goals are on your mind, you are more likely to see opportunities that will contribute toward accomplishing them. You are also more likely to take action toward your goals. When you think about your goals right before you go to sleep it is like handing them off to your subconscious mind. While you are sleeping your mind will still be thinking about turning your goals into reality.

Writing down your goals is very important. It forces you to take an abstract image of something in your mind and pick words that describe it. The result is something simple that you can understand and communicate. It is now much easier to think about. Your mind now has a succinct target. Now you have something to focus on and achieve.

When write your goals out at a time when your mind is very susceptible to suggestion, the ideas will become a major part of your daily thinking. Remember, you tend to migrate toward what you think about the most. This exercise of writing your goals in the morning and night will make your goals the dominant thought in your mind. You will then achieve your goals faster!

Writing down your goals on a regular basis also shows that you are committed. It makes it clear to your brain that these goals are a priority and that it is important that you accomplish them.
