How to make yourself feel happier by working out.



Do you want to feel happier? Work out! Get that blood pumping!

Studies show that exercise decreases the level of corisol hormone in our bodies. Excess cortisol makes us feel scared and angry. It also increases our blood pressure and stress levels. Working out burns coritsol. This will make you calmer, more agreeable healthier and instantly happier!

Exercising also increases endorphins. This will give you a natural high.

To get the greatest happiness boost from exercising, try cardio vascular exercise. Also try to mix up your workouts. Try different things so that your body does not get used to the increased level of endorphins.

2When I miss a workout it hurts
I get angry. I let myself down. When I do work out I feel great! It is something I can control, something I can do to feel better.

3Working out = instant Feel Great
I feel great after working out. It is something that you can do...that you can control...it is an action you can take to improve yourself. I feel great when I know I have done something to improve my life!

Sometimes I get angry. I punch the heavy bag. Then I am happy.

5Try Working out in the Sun
My doctor perscribed "working out" to help my mood. It does. I also try to get some sun while I run. The sun helps almost as much.
