| I get angry. I let myself down. When I do work out I feel great! It is something I can control, something I can do to feel better.

| I feel great after working out. It is something that you can do...that you can control...it is an action you can take to improve yourself. I feel great when I know I have done something to improve my life!

| Sometimes I get angry. I punch the heavy bag. Then I am happy.

| My doctor perscribed "working out" to help my mood. It does. I also try to get some sun while I run. The sun helps almost as much.
