How to make your visualizations more powerful and effective by purposely moving the images to the opposite side of your brain.

Visualizing your goals is very important. It helps make them dominant thoughts in your mind. It can also train your mind to believe that the achievement of a goal is inevitable. This belief is very important. When you see yourself accomplishing your goals, you keep yourself motivated.

Sometimes, people visualize things that they believe are true on the left side of their brains. This is where they store facts that they believe. The creative images may be stored in the right side (you could be opposite, check this by visualizing things you know are facts and things that are total fantasies and see where the images appear).

Close your eyes and try visualizing yourself accomplishing a goal now. Do you see the image in the left side of your brain or the right? Try to consciously move the images to the other side of your mind.

If you are visualizing your goals on the right side of your brain, your inner mind may be interpreting these images as creative fantasies. Try moving these visualizations to the left side. Your brain will now see these as facts that are guaranteed to happen. Also by purposely moving your visualizations to different parts of your brain, you will store the image in different ways in your memory. The more ways you store the images, the easier the visions of your goals will be recalled. Remember, you become the dominant thoughts in your mind. If you goals are dominant, you will accomplish them.

1Just try concentrating them in different sides
It is sometimes difficult to know where you are imaging things until you try to move them around. Just try focusing the image on your rights side. Then try you left side. You will see one side is more difficult. Try practicing on the difficult side.
