How to keep your most important goal in your mind throughout the day.

Make it the password for your computer! You may log in to your computer several times per day. You may log in several hundred times per day. Whatever it is, it is most likely a daily occurrence and is perfect for reinforcing your goals.

What is your most important goal? It may be fitness. It may be health. It may be the happiness of your family. It may be a new Lamborghini. Whatever it is, sum in up in a word or short phrase and use this as the password for your computer or email.

Typing your goal is actually a form of written affirmation. When you type it, you have to recall what it is, convert it from an abstract idea in your mind to the word or phrase and finally recall and link all the required letters together to spell it. If on top of this, you visualize in your mind the completion of the goal as you type it, you will have multiple pathways in your mind working on the goal. It will become engrained deeper and deeper in your mind every time you use it.

This exercise is also very helpful because it forces you to prioritize your goals. You have to pick your single most important goal. Now you know where the majority of your energy should go.

You can also use the desktop of your computer as a collage of your goals. Paste together pictures that symbolize your goals. Have pictures of people you want to be like. Paste pictures of your new Lamborghini along with pictures of yourself being happy. Now, every time you look at your computer these images are being analyzed by your brain. Your subconscious will begin to accept these things as normal occurrences and your mind will actually begin to expect these things.
