How to accomplish your goals by following the three golden rules of goal setting.

These three rules are the most important things that you will learn about goal setting. If you follow these rules, the achievement of your most important goals is inevitable!

1. Write down your goals in a clear, concise way. (Keep them simple and clear so that you know what they are and can easily picture them completed in your head. Make sure that you actually write them down! Something powerful happens in your mind when you take ideas and put them on paper).

2. Make a plan to achieve your goals with a list of small tasks. (Start with major tasks and then break these into subtasks. The best thing is to have a list of small tasks that can be completed in your extra time in one day).

3. Work on a task toward your goal EVERY DAY. (Use the power of momentum. If you get going every day it will be difficult to stop, but if you skip a day it is difficult to restart again).
