How to improve your relationship today by remembering the good times of yesterday.
Take out a piece of paper and write down the answers to the following questions. How you met your partner? What initially attracted you to them? What was your first date like? How did they look? How fast did the relationship progress? What did you do for fun? What was your most romantic date? Did you go on any great trips? What were the qualities that you liked best about your partner?

Now look at your answers. Wow! You are very lucky to have such a wonderful person in your life! By focusing your attention on goods things, you will now be able to see the good things happening all the time all around you right now!

The next time you see your partner, reminisce about these times. Can you think of anything romantic to do today?
