How to suppress your appetite by drinking water.

Drink plenty of water! You body often confuses a need for water with hunger. If you get the water you need before you eat it may decrease your appetite.

When you get that urge to eat a snack, you may only need a glass of water. Before you eat anything, have a glass of water. Wait for 5 minutes and ask yourself if you really need that snack. You will probably forget about being hungry before the 5 minutes are up and you can continue with your day without ruining your diet.

It is a good idea to drink Eight to Ten glasses of water per day.

1A lot of water means a lot of bathroom breaks.
This is good. It gets me up out of my chair. Probably good for me.

2Lots of times you are just bored
Sometimes I just need something to do with my hands. Instead of reaching for chips...try reaching for glass of water.

3Never get caught without water
I always have a bottle of water with me at all times. I feel naked without it and never leave home without it. Drinking water has replaced smoking for me. It is now a habit
