How to improve your relationship by focusing on what your partner does right.
Take a notebook with you today. Write down everything your partner does right. Did they dress well? Did they clean up? Did they go to work to provide for the family? Did they work out? Did they say something nice? Did they give the kids some attention? Did they give you some attention? Really focus on what they are doing right.

By placing your focus on the positive, you actually encourage it to grow. You will be surprised at how many positive things your partner does!

When the day is over, look at your list. Wow! What an amazing person! Thank them for what they do for you and your family.

1Focus on what you want more of.
If you want a certain behavior from your husband, focus on that. You will find that you get more and more of it. If you focus on the bad, you get more of that as well.
