How to force yourself to exercise before and after a big meal by parking a few blocks from the restaurant.

It is a great idea to do a short walk before and after a big meal. If you walk before a meal, you appetite will be suppressed. You will tend to eat fewer calories.

If you walk after a big meal, you kick your metabolism into gear. You will burn more calories. You will also tend to be more active for the rest of the day. This will decrease the chances of lounging around and snacking!
