How to make and keep good relationships at work and in your personal life.

 | Only have good things to say. If you say something bad, it will come back to you. This will create unnecessary confrontations and resentment from the people around you.
The good things you say will also come back to you. Instead of creating negative feelings, they will create friendships and allies.
Remember that all people are superior to you in some way. Find this way! Reflect on the people you know. What are they good at? What are their strong qualities? What are they proud of? Their values may not be the same as yours, but they are guaranteed to surpass you in some area. Chances are good that this area is very important to them. They may dress better. They may have a better baseball card collection. They may have more birds. Whatever it is, find it and bring that up when you talk about that person.
By following this advice and only speaking in a positive light about everyone you know, you will be much more likely to encourage them and get their best performance. This is true for your friends, customers, employees, and family.
Remember, "Make your words soft and sweet for you may have to eat them later"

| Gossip is like a boom-a-rang. It always comes back and most of the time it smacks you in the face. Don't get caught up in talking bad about people. It can hurt others. You end up looking bad.
