How to avoid overeating by only eating snacks packaged as single servings.

For some people, it helps them to avoid cravings by eating a snack every once in a while. If you have to have a snack, only eat those that are packaged as single servings.

Often, people sit down and snack on things like chips and ice cream. It is difficult to stop until the entire package is gone! Only eat small packages and you will get that sense of completion will far less calories.

When you eat out of a bag of chips it is difficult to know how many calories you consume. They add up quickly! You can feel like you have only had a “few” crackers or cookies, but you can be wrong. With single serving packages you can know exactly how much you have eaten. It is easier to see how your snack will affect your weight loss goals.
