How to make it easier to stick to your diet by making the healthy food visible and accessible and the not so healthy food difficult to get.



Many people have visual appetites. When they see food, they begin to salivate and feel hungry. They do not crave a certain food if it is out of sight.

Make it easier to stick to your diet by making healthy food visible and easy to grab. Put the unhealthy food out of sight.

Our refrigerators are set up in a way that is very bad for our diets. The vegetables are out of sight, in a drawer at the bottom of the refrigerator. The unhealthy high carb breads and high fat dairy products are at eye level constantly affecting our appetites. Try rearranging your cabinets and refrigerators. Put the healthy foods at eye level right in the front. Take the unhealthy foods and put them at the bottom in the back.

You have to have healthy food in your house! Make it a priority. Get fresh fruits and vegies that are easy to eat. And make them easy to get and you will eat more.
