How to make a great impression by keeping strong eye contact.

 | We all know that eye contact is very important. It is an easy way to convey confidence and strength. It is a natural way for humans to show dominance. This dominance is attractive to members of the opposite sex and for people who need to count on you.
The next time you are on a date, or in a business meeting, try holding direct eye contact for three full seconds before you look away. After glancing away, return with more eye contact. Be careful not to stare people down, just hold eye contact and listen to what they are saying.
If you have trouble looking people in the eye, try looking at their forehead right between their eyebrows. You can also try looking into their eyes until you can name the crayon color of their eyes (sea blue or navy blue?).
To keep eye contact strong through an entire meeting, try counting the number of times the person blinks. This will keep your eye contact strong and consistent.
