Keep an outcome based frame of mind to keep you in a creative, empowered state.

When you have an outcome based frame of mind, you focus on goals. As a result, you will tend to accomplish your goals. People who keep thinking about outcomes figure out what they want and how to make it happen.

The opposite of the outcome based frame of mind is the problem based framed of mind. People with a problem based frame of mind dwell on the past. They become obsessed with blame. How does placing blame help you solve a problem or accomplish a goal? Quit wasting time and energy on things that to not get you closer to your desired outcome.

People with an outcome based frame of mind ask questions like “What do I want?”, “What do I need to accomplish the desired outcome?” and “How can I do this?” When you ask questions like this, your mind automatically goes into a resourceful state that is on constant look out for solutions.

People with a problem based frame of mind continually ask themselves questions like “Why did this happen to me?” and “How did this prevent me from doing something?” If you ask questions like this, your mind will give you answers. These answers may not be accurate. Your mind will focus on the negative. You will end up wasting your time looking for blame and you will not empower yourself to accomplish your goals.

1Questions are so powerful
The questions you ask yourself can empower you.

I you ask how questions you will find the answer. If you ask why questions you can end up focusing on small problems and making them seem huge in your mind.
