How to fell happier and healthier by keeping a gratitude journal.

 | Take a few minutes and think about the things you are grateful for in your life. Think about the people you are grateful for. Think about places. Think about events. What in your life are you really enjoying? When do you feel the happiest? How do you feel about nature? How do you feel about the universe? Are you thankful for the security and abundance that you enjoy? Be thankful that you are alive and can experience these amazing things!
After thinking about the wonderful things in your life, do you feel wonderful? Chances are that you do. Being grateful is an easy way to make yourself feel better instantly.
It may be useful to take 5 minutes each morning or evening and write down the things that you are grateful for. To get the best results, keep a gratitude journal. Studies show that people who keep daily gratitude journals are healthier and more optimistic about their lives. They are also more likely to achieve personal goals. They also have an increased amount of energy and are generally happier.
To feel happy, write down why you are grateful!

| I don't think you need a separate "Gratitude" journal. It is important to keep a normal journal. Start out each day with what you are grateful for. Then also have a section on what you have learned. These things quickly add up.
