How to improve your confidence by keeping things in perspective.

When you are faced with a task and you need confidence, make sure you keep things in perspective. Imagine yourself 5 years into the future. Now look back. Is this thing you have to do such a big deal? Is it a matter of life and death? Is this speech or meeting really going to affect your life in a big way?

Many of us are afraid of approaching people that they are attracted to. What is the worst thing that could happen? If you think of these types of situations as practice, you will get better. As you build your confidence, your luck with relationships will also improve. This single situation will mean nothing in the long run, but the change in you of just going for it will mean everything!

If you are still stressed, try acting like it is not a big deal. As you act, you tend to be, so this is a good first step.

Just go for it!
