How to stay with your workout program by making sure you have workout clothes and shoes ready to go.



Little things can throw us off track. We have good intentions, we want to work out. But when the time comes, if everything is not perfect, we sometimes give up and look to try again tomorrow. This is not acceptable! Do not let the little things throw you off! Combat this by being prepared!

One of the most common excuses for missing a workout is that workout clothes or shoes were dirty or missing. Have extra sets of clothing and shoes to prevent this. Some people have over 5 identical sets of workout clothes and 3 identical pairs of shoes. This way, if the laundry is not done or a pair of shoes was misplaced, you are still ready to go. No excuses!

It is a good idea to have extra workout clothes in your house for all types of weather. You should be prepared for rainy, snowy or cold days.

Make sure that your workout clothes are comfortable and that you feel good in them! If you feel like you don’t fit in at the gym, you will be less likely to go.

It is also a good idea to lay your workout clothes out the night before. This way, you can be sure that your equipment is ready to go.

6Get Keys Ready in the Morning
One thing that I use for an excuse not to work out is missing keys. Oh..can't find the keys....guess I can't work out. Set the keys out with your workout clothes in the morning. Also make sure that the car has gas.
