How to remind yourself to think about your goals by setting an alarm.

It is very important to think about your goals. You become what you think about most! Make sure that you think about growth and positive outcomes (your goals!).

Sometimes we get caught up in the day and forget to think about our goals. Before we know it, the day is gone. We have been busy, but have not taken any real action toward our goals. Do not get caught in this trap! Make sure that you take a step toward accomplishing your dreams every day. These steps add up and before you know it, you will have done something amazing.

How do we make sure to think about our goals every day? One way is to set a timer. When it goes off, take a few minutes to relax. Go over you goals and visualize yourself accomplishing them in your mind. Then pick a task that you can do today that will take you closer to completing your goals.

You can set this alarm on your watch, clock or computer. Make sure to do it at least 3 times a day.
