How to stay motivated and stick with your workout program by having a clear end date.

 | Have fitness programs with clear end dates. It is important to be able to see the end. When we start to see exercise as a never ending grind, we become discouraged and tend to burn out.
Sign up for a class that has an end date or get with your trainer and outline a program that peaks at some point. 3 months is a good time frame. This will keep you fresh and motivated as you strive for the three month goal. 3 months is also a good time to assess your results (take those “after” pictures!).
Boredom is the main reason why people give up on exercise programs. After three months, try something new. This way, exercising will stay interesting and you will be less likely to give up.
Make sure to celebrate at the three month milestone! To keep yourself motivated you need to see results and get rewarded for you good behavior.
