How to make working out in the morning a habit by having your workout clothes ready.



The hardest part about working out is starting. Once you get going, your blood gets pumping, endorphins are released, you feel like you are accomplishing something and it becomes one of the most enjoyable parts of your day.

Before we start working out, your mind may try to find excuses. One major excuse is that your workout clothes are not clean. Get rid of this excuse by getting your clothes ready the night before. Lay out everything you need.

Right when you wake up, jump out of bed and jog in place for a few moments. Then put your workout clothes on. Now you have one less excuse to deal with. Get going!

2Wear them all the time
I wear workout clothes all the time that I am not wearing work clothes. Never use that as an excuse...because I already have the clothes on!

3Little Things Tend to Throw You off
Little things can throw you off of your schedule. This is why I work out as early as possible. This way you get the fewest distractions. Take control of the distractions, get your clothes ready the night before is a good tip.
