How to make exercise a life time habit by exercising for 6 months straight.

 | If you exercise for 6 months straight it will become a lifetime habit. Studies show that people who exercise at least 5 times per week for 6 months straight are much more likely to keep exercising for years to follow. Something happens at six months. After this point, exercise becomes almost a need. When you miss a workout you feel a deep need to exercise. It becomes a habit. It becomes something you want to do!
Put the six month mark on your calendar and try to get there! Remember that it will get much easier if you reach that 6 month milestone. Try to workout at least 5 times per week and try to workout first thing in the morning (you are much more likely to stick to a workout program if you do it before you have any distractions).
