Improve your health by eating nuts.

 | Eat a handful of nuts every day (one to two ounces). Almonds, pumpkin seeds and walnuts are great for your health. They contain fiber, phytonutrients and antioxidants like Vitamin E and selenium. Nuts are also high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (the good fats).
The monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats in nuts improve your cholesterol ratio. They lower triglycerides and LDL (bad cholesterol) and at the same time raise HDL (good cholesterol). As a result, nuts help prevent heart disease and strokes.
