How to eat less of the bad food by eating more of the good.

By eating more fruits and vegetables before you other types of food you will actually suppress your appetite and end up eating less of the foods that are bad for you.

Eating nine servings of fruits and vegetables, especially leafy green vegetables, will satisfy your fiber needs as well as nutritional needs.

Apples, pickles and bananas have all been shown to curb your appetite. So, next time you get that urge to eat, have an apples first!

Eat the right foods before you get cravings for the bad ones. If you are constantly eating vegetables and fruit, your body gets what it needs. There is no need to crave those high carbohydrate snacks.
