How to slow down your eating and consume fewer calories by using chop sticks for every meal.

 | When you use chopsticks you eat slower. You tend to take smaller bites and chew your food better. When you eat slower, it gives your brain a chance to register that you are eating. As a result, you will feel full and tend to eat fewer calories.
If you get too good at using the chop sticks and find that you are eating too fast, try switching to your other hand.
To really slow down your eating, try taking a bite and setting the chop sticks down. Chew slowly and swallow. Then pick up the sticks for the next bite.
