How to curb your appetite for unhealthy foods by eating vegetables first.



Vegetables are great for you! We all know this. Green leafy vegetables also act as a natural appetite suppressant. Eat your vegetables first and you will be far less likely to overeat unhealthy foods later.

It may be difficult for some people to eat salads before breakfast. Instead of a salad, try eating some tomatoes, a grapefruit or plenty of peppers in your omelet!

Studies show that eating a grapefruit before a meal is great. The fiber and water in the grapefruit fills you up so you eat less. In one study, subjects lost an average of 4 pounds in 12 weeks by eating a grapefruit before each meal.

1Diet makes a HUGE difference
Sometimes men think that fitness is all exercise. This is not true. Diet is a huge part. One of the biggest differences I made is to add a salad before lunch and before dinner. I do the same workout but the results are amazing.

I eat a vegetable or a piece of fruit before I eat anything. Really helps to have a grapefruit or carrot. If I do this, I don't eat as much.
