| 1 | Diet makes a HUGE difference |
| Sometimes men think that fitness is all exercise. This is not true. Diet is a huge part. One of the biggest differences I made is to add a salad before lunch and before dinner. I do the same workout but the results are amazing.

| I eat a vegetable or a piece of fruit before I eat anything. Really helps to have a grapefruit or carrot. If I do this, I don't eat as much.
