How to control you appetite by eating 4 to 5 meals per day.

 | Eat 4-5 meals per day. Studies show that if you eat every 3 hours or so, you are much more successful at controlling your appetite. There is a lag between how much you are eating and how hungry you are. If you eat before you get hungry you will eat far less. If you wait until you are starving you will eat and then eat some more. Your brain will not turn off your appetite for a while. You will have enough nutrients but you will still be eating. This is how you get that bloated feeling 15 to 20 minutes after a huge meal. It takes this long for your brain to realize that you are full.

| I just constantly eat. I am never hungry. I have a piece of fruit or vegetable and some protein like string cheese or yogurt.
