How to loose weight by drinking ice water.

Research shows that drinking ice water burns from 10 to 70 extra calories per day. This may not sound like much, but it adds up to 1 to 7 pounds per year.

The benefits of drinking plenty of water are well known. Be sure to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day (8 ounce glasses). Add ice and the benefits improve!

Creeping weight gain is a huge problem. Our eating and exercise habit cause the average person to gain 1 or 2 pounds per year. This does not sound very scary, but over 10 years this could be an extra 20 pounds! By changing your daily habits, you can combat this slow weight gain. Start by adding ice to your water!

You get the same benefit by drinking iced tea and coffee (just remember to avoid the cream and sugar!)

1Drink more water and you will eat less food
Just good to have something to do with your hands. Always have water and you will avoid snacking or worse ... that cigarette.
