Studies show that people who drink 8 to 12 glasses of water burn more calories than people on the same diet with less water. By drinking 8 to 12 glasses of water, you will burn on average, 2% more calories. This can be as much as 36 calories per day or one extra pound every three months.

Studies also show that people eat far less calories when they drink a glass of water 30 minutes before a meal.

2Getting Water Really Helps My Energy Level
When I miss the water I need I get run down. When I get at least 10 glasses, I seem to be more alert and have much more energy.

3Always carry a bottle of water.
Good way to avoid eating snacks. Have water, it gives you something to do with your hands.
