How to loose weight by never eating after 7:00 pm or when you are relaxing.

 | When you are relaxing, your brain goes into an alpha state. This is a semi-unconscious state where you are very likely to give in to routine temptation. When you sit down, relax and start snacking, you keep going. You eat and eat without consciously thinking about it. Before you know it, the entire bag of chips is gone!
To avoid this mindless eating habit, never eat after 7:00 pm and never eat when you are lounging around. For example, make sure that you do not snack when you are lounging on the couch in front of the TV. Instead, always bring a glass of water or tea to the couch.
Studies show that many people who struggle with their weight, overeat in the evening. This is the time that you will most likely overeat out of boredom. Make sure you fill your time with something to do and don't eat!
If you have an unusual schedule where you do not go to sleep until after 11:00, just make sure that you do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep.
