How to program your mind to crave healthy foods.

Is your favorite food something bad for you? Then change it! When you say something out loud, especially in front of other people, you automatically want to live up to the statement. This is called the principle of consistency. You want to be consistent with your statements to seem like a person that can be counted on. When you say out loud that your favorite food is something like cheesecake, your brain automatically wants to stay consistent to this statement. You automatically start craving cheesecake!

From now on when someone asks you, “What is your favorite food?” take this to mean, “What is your favorite HEALTHY food?”. Say something like, salmon, vegetable soup, or farmer’s market vegetables! Once you make this change, you will automatically find yourself craving these foods.

By thinking of only healthy options, you set your mind in a healthy state. You stop thinking about those "other" types of options

3Great Idea
I did this tip without knowing it years ago. I did a complete healthy flip. I redefined myself as a fitness freak! When I told people what I wanted, it was always healthy. It became my priority.
