How to eat fewer calories by adding spice to your food.

Studies have shown that when you add red or green chili pepper to your food, you get a temporary 23% increase in your metabolism.

Studies also show that you eat less when your food is spicy. When eating the same meal, people who added spice consumed 16% fewer calories.

This means that when you add spice, you eat fewer calories and burn more of the ones you do eat.

2spice helps to choke down that diet food
I was sooooo sick of eggs! Hot sauce helps make them less boring. I have a collection of sauces to mix things up.
